• Gain unauthorized access to the Service, systems, or networks
• Probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities without authorization
• Bypass or circumvent security measures
• Interfere with authentication or authorization mechanisms

4.5 Platform Abuse and Interference

• Disrupt or degrade the performance of the Service
• Use excessive resources in a manner that impacts other users
• Introduce malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Conduct denial-of-service or similar attacks

4.6 Scraping, Reverse Engineering, and Exploitation

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Scrape or systematically extract data from Nexus
• Build competing services using Nexus output or infrastructure

4.7 Misuse of APIs and Integrations

• Abuse API endpoints through excessive or automated requests
• Circumvent rate limits or usage controls
• Use integrations to access unauthorized systems or data

4.8 Misrepresentation and Fraud

• Impersonate any individual or entity
• Misrepresent your affiliation or authority
• Provide false or misleading information

4.9 Harmful or Abusive Content

• Store or process content that promotes violence, harassment, or abuse
• Content that is discriminatory or hateful
• Content intended to harm individuals or organizations

4.10 Surveillance and Exploitation

• Unauthorized surveillance or tracking
• Profiling individuals without lawful basis
• Exploiting personal or behavioral data in violation of privacy laws

5. Monitoring and Enforcement

TuringX reserves the right to:

• Monitor usage of the Service to ensure compliance
• Investigate suspected violations
• Take appropriate action without prior notice

Actions may include:

• Suspension of access
• Termination of accounts
• Removal of data
• Reporting to law enforcement authorities

6. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, you must promptly report it via email to [email protected]. We will investigate all credible reports and take appropriate action.

7. Cooperation and Compliance

You agree to:

• Cooperate with any investigation conducted by TuringX
• Provide requested information related to your use of the Service
• Take corrective action when required

Failure to cooperate may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Service.

8. Consequences of Violations

Violations of this AUP may result in:

• Immediate suspension of access to the Service
• Permanently terminating your account
• Loss of stored data
• Legal action, where applicable

TuringX reserves sole discretion in determining the severity of violations and appropriate enforcement actions.

9. Changes to This Policy

TuringX may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the Service, legal requirements, or operational practices.

Updated versions will be posted on the website with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
